1. Having a consultation- During our consultation, you can express to us what your remodeling vision is. You can provide us with pictures or general ideas for what you would like to do with the space. We will take note of all of your ideas and keep track of them.
2. Touring the area- We like to see the areas where we will be working in order to take measurements and appropriately plan where to place materials or appliances. You may also provide us with photos of the area so that we can continue our planning when we are not in the space.
3. Helping you pick out materials- Depending on the area in question, you will probably need to choose new materials for flooring, tile, or new appliances. We can help you with this process so that you can stay in your price range without compromising your style.
4. Having one last meeting before construction- After all of the materials are gathered, we will create a plan for how we will go about the project. During this last meeting, we will discuss a timeline for the remodel, and you will be able to voice any concerns or last-minute changes to us before we begin the project.

Once we are all on the same page about the project, construction will begin. Rapids Flood Team will work with your schedule so that our construction team doesn’t disrupt your daily life.
